Technical Service Trainee - Textile

Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits and provide technical support to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, trials, and issues.
• Report technical findings, opportunities, and challenges to management.
• Prepare technical reports and share results with internal team.
• Provide technical feedback from the field for formulation improvement.
• Share market and customer insights to support product and business strategy.
• Segment support through analysis of competitor samples, complaint samples, special samples, etc.
• Develop new products along with other team members, segment R & T, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile or related field.
• Fresh graduate or one year of experience in a textile/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of industrial business and competitor analysis.
• Aptitude for analytical work.
