Technical Service Specialist

**Principal Responsibilities**

Provide after sales service to all hospitals units, research institutions and reference laboratories in the public and private sectors

**Specific Duties**

+ Carry out instrument installation
+ Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in the field
+ Carry out reagent application and related troubleshooting
+ Carry out customer training for instruments operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
+ Provide telephone support to the customers
+ Complete all required documentation to assure compliance with Abbott quality, regulatory, service/support procedures and processes
