They meet with individuals within a customer's organization to understand their issues and position solutions while discovering business opportunities for Autodesk. A Technical Specialist is a strategic individual who leads and presents all technical sales aspects of the Autodesk platforms and establishes innovative new ideas for growing Autodesk’s business. Uses in-depth industry and software knowledge to uncover customer business issues, propose improvements, and achieve technical closure.
