**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute the national growth strategy for LCQQQ business across China.
+ Drive pipeline creation through close collaboration with commercial teams, marketing, business units, and regional sales organizations.
+ Identify, prioritize, and support high-value opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve order closure.
