Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients needing warehouse storage solutions.
- Conduct Site assessments and clients’ consultations to determine the best fit racking systems
- Recommend, design and present racking layout solutions including pallet racks, shelving, mezzanines, and other warehouse structures
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical drawings and cost estimates
- Coordinate closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of solutions
- Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
