Technical Sales and Customer Service Representative (Avionics)

Summary of Responsibilities

• Provide advice and recommendations on the implementation of sales strategies.
• Develop competitive strategies that demonstrate the added value of avionics products in customer processes.
• Receive customer requirements from the sales team and act as the maintenance/avionics expert.
• Gather accurate and complete information required to prepare quotes according to authorized internal or external maintenance programs and company policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure service level agreement objectives are met.
• Review final quote versions with the Sales team and fill information gaps where necessary.
• Collaborate in the maintenance planning process to convert the quote into a work programme or work order for execution, following contract approval.
• Participate in account reviews and planning to increase revenue flow from existing accounts.
