About the Role


  • Develop and manage an EMEA distributor network

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners

  • Support distributors in the field and with end customers

  • Analyze customer requests and coordinate quotations

  • Negotiate commercial terms in line with internal guidelines

  • Track opportunities and sales forecasts

  • Contribute to marketing actions and market visibility

  • Gather and report market and competitive intelligence



  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical B2B sales

  • Strong electrical or technical background

  • Proven commercial drive and business development mindset

  • Autonomous, reliable, and integrity-driven

  • Fluent English mandatory, French a plus

  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
