Technical Reporting Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an integral member of the CBP End User Device IT Management Services team, the Technical Reporting Specialist will be responsible for technical writing, documentation, and report management. Reporting will be done using tools like SSRS, Power BI and SPLUNK for a distributed Microsoft Configuration Endpoint Management (MECM), Intune, and Jamf managed desktop environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to provide clear messaging, timely and accurate reporting, and will establish themselves as a trusted source of information for senior leadership. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in using an enterprise ticket management system for handling change requests, as this role may involve performing technical tasks as well as reporting on team activities.
