The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management, and will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across various technology and digital domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a mix of talent branding, direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, social media, and internal talent pools.
