- Advertise and manage job vacancies in multiple methods and cost-effective channels, such as direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, job boards, and networking, to source and attract qualified candidates
- Draft and refine job descriptions based on requirements from the project lead or management
- Hiring:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT technical and non-technical roles
- Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers/project leads
- Interview scheduling and diary management of all interviews taking place, including checking availability of both interviewers and candidates, booking interviews, feedback follow-up & sharing with candidates, and ATS real-time update
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, and deliver an amazing candidate experience throughout the interview process
