Support our hiring efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of roles. This role will work closely with recruiters to build initial pipelines of passive and active talent. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Use various sourcing methods (Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates
- Conduct outreach campaigns and engage passive talent to generate interest in open roles
- Pre-screen and assess candidates to determine fit for current or future opportunities
