Manage complete proposal lifecycle including RFQ analysis, bid preparation, and submission Prepare techno-commercial proposals with detailed technical specifications, costing, and commercial terms Analyze client requirements such as TR, flow rate, Wet Bulb Temperature (WBT), approach, and range Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams for accurate proposal development Develop cost estimation, pricing strategies, and competitive bid submissions Handle technical queries, deviations, and client clarifications Work with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users for bid alignment Prepare datasheets, GA inputs, and technical documentation Support contract finalization and order handover Improve proposal processes and reduce turnaround time
