Key Responsibilities
Manage Enterprise Management Information Platform Project to ensure it is delivered according to the requirements within committed timeline, budget and scope.
Coordinate discussions, alignments, technical meetings, and testing preparation and validation. Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents for every project stage. Assist in coordinate with internal teams (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO, and other KRI owner) to ensure alignment on deliverables. Track action items and follow up end to end with owners to ensure timely closure. Prepare and maintain project artefacts: minutes, status reports, issue records, project documents, and sign off documents. Support audit and compliance documentation. Consolidate weekly/monthly progress updates for management and steering committees.
