Technical Project Manager - Dynamics 365 (L3)

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the organization. This role focuses on the execution of the CRM roadmap, ensuring the platform centralizes customer data, automates sales pipelines, and enhances collaboration across marketing and service teams. The Project Manager reports to the Head of Strategy & Operations and acts as the primary liaison between commercial teams and technical stakeholders to ensure the system follows the correct workflows and delivers tangible business value.
