About the Role
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Technical Project Manager** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA** .
The Technical Project Manager will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team while maintaining the technical capability to actively contribute to design, code review, and hands-on development during critical project phases.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team while maintaining the technical capability to actively contribute to design, code review, and hands-on development during critical project phases.
+ Assist in the creation of fully developed project schedules utilizing the Enterprise Scheduling Service (ESS) platform built on Microsoft Project.
