About the Role
MANTECH seeks a visionary and results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the TGS Lightspeed MBSE Development project. This is a remote-friendly role based out of Herndon, VA, where you will serve as the primary technical authority and strategic lead for a Proliferated Low Earth Orbit (PLEO) network.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Directing the end-to-end development of the Lightspeed MBSE architecture and ensuring the seamless integration of multi-domain models into a unified digital source of truth.
+ Proactively identifying and mitigating programmatic and technical risks while leading a middle-out modeling strategy to infer logical layers from high-level technical inputs.
+ Leading Contractor-led Walkthroughs for Service Provider and USSF leadership, acting as the primary technical interface to ensure zero critical validation errors.
