Technical Program Manager IV

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an Technical Program Manager IV for a 6- month contract position This is with our client in their Menlo Park, CA location.
 
Summary:
Lead end-to-end coordination of complex, cross-functional corporate transactions — from deal execution through operationalization. Serve as a Program Manager across cross functional teams, driving timelines, stakeholder alignment, and leadership reporting from evaluation through post-close readiness.
 
Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain master deal timeline, project plan, RACI, and central tracker — including core documents, key decisions, and change management across stakeholders
• Define and drive cadence for leadership updates, working team meetings, and status reporting
