**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Certification in one of the following: PMP, Scrum, Agile, CCNP, CCIE, BISCI, or RCDD.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs.
