Job Overview

As our Technical Product Manager for Connectors, you are the master orchestrator of the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring Docebo talks seamlessly to the tools our customers love most. You build the mission‑critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect the roadmap: Prioritize the native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across HRIS and CRM landscapes.
• Deep‑Dive Discovery: Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure PRDs are airtight before code.
• Own the lifecycle: Manage the full cradle‑to‑grave journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes.
