• Onboard customers in CX Cloud Operations
• Resolve incidents and manage escalations
• Support internal teams with technical insights
• Ensure compliance in service delivery management
• Deliver reports as required for both clients and management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• 2+ years in IT project management
