About the Role
What you will enjoy doing The purpose of this position is to ensure effective
work preparation and planning for maintenance, examinations, and inspections
carried out by both internal service engineers and subcontractors. In addition,
the Technical Office manager is responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient operation of
the warehouse, this position provides leadership to a team of 6 FTE,
consisting of 4 work planners and 2 warehouse employees Ensure safety and environmental compliance: Enforce adherence to legal and corporate HSE standards and actively intervene when deviations occur Develop and execute the annual plan: Define departmental objectives and prepare a realistic annual plan covering budgets, investments, and project revenues Optimize processes and organization: Establish, improve, and standardize processes, procedures, and systems to enhance departmental performance Plan and coordinate operations: Manage daily act...
