Develop and build up knowhow and knowledge of metrology system for High Index (HI) wafers with different specs. Responsible for metrology system in development center, production and subcontractors. Establish and manage development center’s metrology system procedure (measurement, calibration etc.) Coach and mentor less experienced metrology people. Provide technical support for Business Development for new applications of HI wafers. Leading Metrology System Improvements. Maintain and manage Metrology systems. Other activities assigned by direct manager.
