Technical Manager (Tanker)

Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. Currently, they are seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as Technical Manager (Tanker).

In this role, you will be responsible for the following :

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the technical management of the shipping fleet, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency across all vessels.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of the technical management of the vessels including but not limited to ship maintenance, dry docking, repairs, crew management and cost control.
• Promote safety culture focused on HSSE.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleets performance, reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, flag state and class requirements and other relevant regulations and adoption of industry best practices.
