About the Role
Protea is delighted to be retained by a small family-operated artisan dairy producing a range of dairy products from the retailers of the UK. This new-to-market role requires an enthusiastic person to join their team as a site Technical Manager. A candidate can currently hold the job titles, Quality Manager, Technical Manager, Site Technical manager, or higher /similar to be considered for this position, hence the wide salary scope.
Working closely with the senior heads of the department, the Key Purposes of the Job includes To deliver food safety and quality assurance for the products manufactured and packed on-site. To ensure that products manufactured on the site comply with UK Regulations. To implement, develop and maintain the Companys Food Safety & Quality Management in line with BRC Global Standard for Food.
