JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Lead – Marketing Technology & Personalization is a hands-on leadership role responsible for architecting and implementing advanced marketing and personalization solutions across Universal Destinations & Experiences’ digital and physical touchpoints. Leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud technologies—including AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Target, AA, AAM—and platforms like SFMC and LiveRamp, this role drives real-time, data-driven customer journeys, owns Adobe governance and data architecture, and leads scrum teams in delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that support multi-channel campaigns and elevate the guest experience.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Serve as a hands-on technical expert guiding engineering teams in developing and optimizing real-time engagement and marketing journeys, including campaign orchestration across channels (email, SMS, push, etc.) using Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
