Technical Lead

Main Role

The Technical Lead is the hands-on technical anchor of the engineering team. You own the technical architecture of what the team builds, set the engineering standards, and lead delivery from the front, writing and reviewing code while guiding a small senior team and a flexible layer of specialist contractors. You translate ambiguous product requirements into sound, secure, and scalable systems, make the key build-vs-buy, stack, and integration decisions, and partner closely with the CTO and product leadership to ship production software that meets enterprise and financial-grade standards.
