In your role as Technical Product Lead, you will ensure that formulation and process capabilities align with quality and regulatory standards. You will lead diverse teams and contribute to essential decision-making processes throughout product lifecycle management while addressing risks within manufacturing and supply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define technical product strategy and execution
• Manage decisions across lifecycle and validation processes
• Lead cross-functional teams for project success
• Assess and mitigate technical risks proactively
• Collaborate on regulatory submissions and audits
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• 8–15+ years of relevant industry experience
