About the Role

                On-Site  Ballard’s MEA Manufacturing Team has an opening for a Technical Lead role in the Coating & CCM Manufacturing group. This position will be located at our Burnaby facility. The successful candidate will lead the Catalyst Coated Membrane (CCM) production processes as part of Ballard’s Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) Manufacturing team. This role will involve working with multiple teams across the company that include R&D, Product Development, Quality, Production, EH&S (Safety), and Maintenance to meet Operations department and company business objectives such as customer deliverables, implementation and qualification of scale-up projects, and product maturity level readiness.
 ​ Responsibilities: 
 Lead the team for coating process development and production activities for CCM manufacturing that involves optimizing processes for safety, quality, yield, and capacity by collaborating with upstream and downstream process leads.
