Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in C++ Software Development, specializing in real-time and distributed systems. The role involves leading software engineering teams, driving system design and integration, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions, preferably within ATC, ATM, simulation, or related operational systems.
Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 5–10 years of C++ software development experience with strong knowledge of modern C++ (C++11/14/17+); Hands-on experience in multithreaded, real-time, and distributed systems; Strong understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design; Experience with Windows development, TCP/IP, UDP, and version control tools such as Git or SVN; Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
