Job Summary
Technical Implementation Engineer I responsible for escalating and resolving complex technical issues for Landis+Gyr deployments, working across multiple internal departments to ensure customer success and product quality. Key Responsibilities
Own test environments and labs for the deployment organization. Create and use relevant use‑case scenarios to demonstrate GridStream system performance. Support System Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new customer deployments. Assist manufacturing resources in First Article Testing (FAT) and monitor FAT processes. Lead development of standard operating procedures and repeatable solutions for technical elements. Follow formal change‑control processes. Develop deep knowledge of two‑way electric AMI technology from head‑end software to field endpoints. Document CRM tickets fully, resolving or escalating within SLA guidelines. Proactively follow up on technical issues to ensure timely resolution. Support software installatio...
