Job Summary
The Technical Engineer Interior Design is responsible for developing reviewing and coordinating technical drawings and documentation for interior fit‑out projects. The role ensures design intent is translated into accurate shop drawings compliant with project specifications, authority requirements and site conditions.
Technical Drawing & Documentation
Prepare and review detailed interior fit‑out shop drawings, IFC drawings and as‑built drawings.
Develop detailed sections, elevations, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans (RCP) and finish schedules.
Ensure drawings are aligned with approved design concepts and project specifications.
Coordination & Site Support
Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams to resolve technical and interface issues.
Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and site conditions before preparing drawings.
