Babcock & Wilcox FPS is seeking an individual who can assume leadership of a well-established drafting department as part of a planned succession for the current Technical Drafting Manager. To support a successful transition, the successful candidate will benefit from a structured onboarding and knowledge-transfer period with the retiring manager, ensuring continuity of team leadership, processes, standards, and institutional knowledge.
Reporting to the Vice President, Product Engineering, and supported from a technical perspective by the Mechanical Drafting Lead, you will provide overall leadership for a multidisciplinary drafting team while serving as the critical link between the Engineering and Drafting departments.
