About the Role
Job Description
- 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a delivery lead, technical project management, or senior scrum master role on digital banking or fintech programmes.
- Demonstrable technical background – either through prior software engineering, solution architecture, or technical business analysis experience, sufficient to engage as a credible peer with developers, architects, and platform teams on technical delivery questions.
- Proven delivery experience on programmes spanning mobile application development (iOS and Android), REST API platforms, microservices architectures, and integrations with core banking or enterprise systems.
- Expert command of delivery management disciplines: work breakdown structures, dependency mapping, RAID management, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and agile delivery ceremonies.
