  • Deeply understand our customer’s and partner’s organizations and ambitions—and be seen as a trusted advisor on the Apple hardware, software and services.
  • Work collaboratively across Apple, channel partners, and customers to remove technical barriers and friction points to enhance readiness for our platform and to inspire change.
  • Deliver the technical enablement strategy and execute readiness initiatives to integrate Apple into customer environments and partners’ product and service offerings.
  • Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of partner capabilities.
  • Leverage every engagement as an opportunity to enable our partners to learn Apple’s messaging or best practices.
  • Provide pre‑sales technical expertise to our partners on new business opportunities—sharing status and progressing them through to closure.
