Technical Assistant Civil & Structure, FEMS
Job Description:
- Carry out civil maintenance activities — Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Routine Inspection, User Requests and Additional Work — according to company SOPs and Concession Agreement.
- Provide technical input related in related to civil scope such as; architectural element, road & drainage system, roof & structure, landscape, water & sewerage system & pest control
- Monitor and carry out ground maintenance and pest control activities as per scheduled plans.
- Assist the Civil Engineer in data collection, site supervision, and reimbursable/variation work orders.
- Provide technical feedback and monitor maintenance works requiring vendor expertise
- Make sure plant rooms, workshops, and maintenance tools are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
