About the Role
Become an integral part of a marine transportation company as a Technical Analyst on a 6-month contract. Provide advanced Tier 2 help desk support, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communications.
This position requires 3-5 years of experience in IT support and a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies. You will address and resolve technical issues for internal users, including executives, while delivering exceptional service. Clear documentation and collaboration with IT peers will enhance business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first point of contact for Tier 2 support
• Resolve issues with Microsoft Teams and Admin tools
• Support guests with high-touch, personalized service
• Accurately document troubleshooting efforts and solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve service quality
Requirements:
