Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)

As a Tech Talent Partner, you’ll join a global financial services organisation on a 6‑month contract, supporting a high‑impact technology recruitment project. This role is focused on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and building strong pipelines of top‑tier technical talent across multiple disciplines.

You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders to identify, engage, and deliver high‑quality candidates in a fast‑paced, US‑aligned recruitment environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
