System Installation
Configuration
Install and configure SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, HANA, etc.) using Software Provisioning Manager.
Configure landscapes including development, quality, and production environments, transport management, and client administration.
System Maintenance
Performance Tuning
Monitor, tune, and optimize SAP systems for performance, availability, and capacity.
Perform upgrades, patching, kernel updates, and system copies/refreshes.
Database
OS Administration
Manage databases (Oracle, HANA, SQL Server, DB2) including backups, restores, space management, and performance tuning.
Support underlying OS environments (Linux, Unix, Windows), including hardware, storage, and virtualization layers.
