Teams Adoption Coach (Onsite & Remote)

Click is looking for an IT Floorwalker for a leading Banking Group based in Edinburgh. This role focuses on guiding colleagues through the transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, ensuring they understand new features and can use Teams effectively for collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations. Responsibilities include providing demos and encouraging user confidence in Teams.
