We are currently supporting a client in hiring a Team Manager – Insurance Operations to lead a team handling insurance/risk processes.

This role requires strong people management experience and the ability to drive team performance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of 7+ members
  • Oversee day-to-day insurance operations
  • Ensure SLA/KPI delivery, quality, and compliance
  • Act as escalation point for stakeholders and clients

Qualifications
