Team Leader Sales and Project Support - Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Sales & Project Support team and support individual team members through one‑to‑one guidance.
  • Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team, ensuring balanced distribution.
  • Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met.
  • Handle escalations and complex issues, supporting team members in resolution.
  • Monitor and report outstanding observations related to turnover and forecast.
  • Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales, Logistics, Finance & Invoicing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases.
  • Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues.
  • Manage stock reassignment and returned/reworked items.
