The Team Leader is one of the key positions of operations department. Is ultimately responsible for the operation results and development of employees on shift and is the interface between management and staff and must have business interests in mind. Provides to the team leadership and coaching.

- Is a Role Model for Safety
- Ensures the team delivers required production orders according to planning schedule in time and on cost
- Ensures Team works to standards (Safety, Quality, CL, CIL’s)
- 1st contact for incident management (safety, quality, environment)
