WE’RE HIRING – Team Leader Trainee (Retail Operations)

We are open to fresh graduates who want to grow into leadership roles in retail. No prior managerial experience required — full training provided.

Program Overview

• Rotation in cashiering, sales, and store operations
• Exposure to inventory, documentation, and team coordination
• Leadership and decision‑making training
• KPI‑based and 360° performance evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (IT or Hospitality graduates with knowledge in IT products are an advantage)
• Leadership potential and willingness to learn
• Willing to undergo training and store assignment
• Customer-focused and responsible

Successful trainees may be appointed as Team Leader or regularized after evaluation.
