Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Helping customers find their style and feel confident
• Keeping the store looking clean, organized, and on‑brand
• Staying active on the floor and jumping in when it gets busy
• Working with your team to create a great in‑store vibe

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and easy to talk to
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confident approaching and helping customers
• Think quickly and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Comfortable staying active (standing, using ladders, etc.)
