Summary

As a Team Lead you will act as an ambassador of the brand, supporting the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the sales team while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build and maintain client relationships, champion sales goals, and contribute to business development initiatives. The role requires active floor leadership, strong communication, and a focus on driving results in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and coaching to achieve performance goals.
• Drive client and business development through personalized client service and relationship building.
• Lead selling and floor management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Support store operations and assist with inventory and visual presentation tasks.
• Optional: Champion a specific product category and contribute to merchandising strategy.
