Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Team Lead to oversee a specialized team of AdTech Support Specialists and/or Customer Support Specialists. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, coaching your team to troubleshoot intermediate- to complex-level campaigns, and ensuring that advertisers receive world-class support.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Monitor real-time queues (Zendesk, Salesforce) to ensure the team hits SLAs for response and resolution times.
