Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs Provide coaching and guidance to team members in the field Monitor sales results and identify areas for improvement Assist with reporting and tracking performance metrics Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution and brand representation Communicate updates and feedback between the team and leadership Help implement sales plans and promotions Ensure company processes and reporting standards are followed 2–4 years of sales experience (retail or CPG experience preferred) Previous experience in a team lead or senior sales role is an asset Strong communication and organizational skills Results-oriented with attention to detail Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends Ability to work a hybrid schedule (office and field)
