- Responsibility for technical 2nd level support and maintenance for our cloud applications

- Establishment and maintenance of internal and external tools
- Close cooperation and regular exchange with our security, infrastructure and business teams
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in information technology or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
- Experience in the disciplinary management of teams
- Proven success in IT project management
- Demonstrated ability in complex root cause analysis and systematic problem resolution.
