Coordinate local participants involved in the project
Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants
Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation
Support device logistics and procurement when required
Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities
Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed
