About the Role
Generate leads and connect with prospective customers through various channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement. Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and required documentation. Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives. Assist customers throughout the onboarding and policy issuance process. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular business reports. Work closely with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
